Short Presentation
- Each presenter has a short presentation time of 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Please practice your presentation to ensure the time management
- As a backup, we allocated 15 seconds for switching presenters, but we kindly request your cooperation in minimizing the switching time
- We ask for your cooperation in combining slides of each laboratory into a single PowerPoint file to reduce the switching time
- We plan to display the elapsed time for the presenter during the presentation
- 1 bell - 1:45, 2 bells - 2:15, 3 bells - 2:45
- The projector at the venue supports HDMI or VGA
- We will be at the venue from 11 a.m., so please conduct connectivity checks if necessary

Best Presentation Award
- The following three awards will be determined through voting by the participants:
- Best Presentation Award (PhD course): Highest-scoring PhD student
- Best Presentation Award (Master course): Highest-scoring master's student
- Best Presentation Award (2nd place): Students who has a highest score after excluding two students above
